At Innovalaus S.L. we are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Personal data we process

We process the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us or booking a call, which may include: identification and contact data (first name, surname, email, phone), professional data (company, role, sector), company data (including its tax ID where provided) and any information you choose to include in your message.

To better understand the company's context and respond or prepare a proposal, we may supplement this information with relevant professional or company data from publicly accessible sources, such as the corporate website, public professional profiles, directories, registers and open publications. Where this information relates to an individual, we will only process what is necessary for that purpose and retain information about its source.

We may also process browsing data obtained through cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with our Cookie policy.

We do not process special categories of data. Please do not provide sensitive data through our forms or contact channels.

Purpose of processing

We process your data for the following purposes: (i) to handle your requests, enquiries and information requests; (ii) to manage call bookings and the commercial or pre-contractual relationship; (iii) to understand the company's activity and needs through limited consultation of relevant public sources; (iv) to prepare and send you service proposals; and (v) where you have requested or expressly authorised it, to send you communications about our services by email, WhatsApp, SMS or other equivalent electronic means.

No automated decisions producing legal effects on you will be taken based solely on the automated processing of your data.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for handling a request, managing a booking and preparing a proposal is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where appropriate, Innovalaus S.L.'s legitimate interest in responding and understanding the business context of the request. In the latter case, we carry out a balancing assessment to limit searches to relevant public data and respect your rights and interests.

The legal basis for commercial messages by electronic means is your prior, express consent, unless a legal exception applies. Accepting the Privacy policy or these terms does not replace specific consent to receive advertising.

The consent given may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

Retention period

We will keep enquiry and booking data for the time needed to handle them and, at most, for twelve months from the last interaction if no commercial relationship is entered into. Data used for commercial communications will be kept until you withdraw your consent or object to receiving them. If a service is contracted, data will be kept during the relationship and for the statutory limitation periods applicable to potential liabilities.

When data is no longer necessary for the stated purposes, it will be deleted or anonymised using appropriate security measures.

Recipients and processors

We will not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own commercial purposes. We will only disclose it where legally required, necessary to provide a requested service or where you have authorised it.

To operate the site and manage requests, we may use hosting, email and other service providers that act as processors. The appointment booking tool and WhatsApp are third-party services: when using their channels, the provider may process the data you supply under its own terms and privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them before use.

International data transfers

Some providers, including the booking or messaging services you choose to use, may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In those cases, the safeguards provided for in the GDPR will apply, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Your rights

As the data subject, you have the right to: access your personal data; request its rectification or erasure; request restriction of its processing; object to processing, particularly where it is based on legitimate interest or is for direct marketing; request portability of your data; and not be subject to automated individual decisions.

You also have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time.

How to exercise your rights and complaints

We may ask for the information strictly necessary to verify your identity.

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), located at C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic office (www.aepd.es).

Security measures

Innovalaus S.L. has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the state of the art.

Accuracy of the data

The user warrants that the data provided is truthful, accurate and up to date, and is responsible for notifying any changes to it. The user shall be responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided and for any damage this causes to Innovalaus S.L. or third parties.

Whether data is required

Data marked as mandatory on a contact or booking form is needed to handle the request. If it is not provided, we may be unable to respond or manage the booking. Authorisation to receive commercial communications is always optional and does not affect how the request is handled.

Changes to the privacy policy

Innovalaus S.L. reserves the right to amend this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, as well as industry practices. Any change will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
